Dear Lord Jesus,

With a heart full of love and faith, I come before You today.
You are the Great Healer, the giver of life and peace.
I lift up to You all my dear friends and beloved relatives.
Surround them, Lord, with Your divine protection and mercy.

Keep every form of sickness and disease far from them.
Cover them under Your precious blood.
Strengthen their bodies, renew their spirits, and guard their minds.
Let no illness take hold of them—be it physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Grant them health, wholeness, and joy in abundance.
Where there is weakness, bring strength.
Where there is fear, bring peace.
Where there is doubt, bring unshakable faith in You.

May Your angels watch over them day and night.
Let Your love be their shield and Your grace their healing balm.
Jesus, I trust in You completely, for nothing is impossible for You.
