Lord Jesus Christ,
On this new morning You have given, I come before You with a heart burdened by the cries of the world.
You are the Prince of Peace, the Light in darkness, and the Hope in despair.
I surrender this day, July 17th, into Your hands—asking for Your mercy, Your love, and Your powerful peace to cover the entire earth.

Look upon the nations, O Lord, torn by war, violence, and division.
Speak Your calming word where bombs fall and hatred grows.
Let swords be turned into plowshares, and the hearts of men and women be turned away from conflict toward compassion.

Jesus, I especially pray today against all forms of communal fights—
those that divide people by race, religion, caste, language, and culture.
Break down every wall of misunderstanding and fear.
Let love rise where hatred has taken root. Let truth rise where lies have spread.
You died for all humanity, Lord—teach us to see each other through Your eyes.

I pray for leaders, for the powerful, for influencers—
that they be filled with divine wisdom and compassion.
And I pray for the weak, the displaced, the grieving, the ones caught in between—
wrap them in Your comfort and give them strength to endure.

Use me too, O Lord, as an instrument of Your peace today.
In my thoughts, in my words, in my actions—let me reflect Your love and not fuel division.
Bless my friends, my enemies, the people I love, and even those I do not understand.
May this day be a turning point in someone’s heart because You moved through me.

I trust in You, Jesus.
Your mercy is greater than our sin.
Your peace is stronger than our wars.
Your cross is our bridge to unity.

Let the world be healed—one soul, one act of love, one prayer at a time.

In Your most holy and powerful Name,
Amen.
